Dark Roasted: Mexican, Yirgacheffe, Sumatra, and Java.

Thanksgiving 2011 Holiday Hours
To celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday, our shop will be closed Thursday, November 24, 2011. We will have normal business hours on Friday and Saturday.
In honor of our national holiday, we’d like to say a great big THANK YOU to our customers. Thank you for making us a part of your lives and routine.

Cinnamon Rolls are Available Everyday
It’s official. We are on a regular baking schedule. Cinnamon rolls are available Monday – Saturday. They do sell out daily. You can always call to confirm availability. 928-779-1053.
Winter Hours
Our winter hours begin Monday, November 14, 2011 and will run through March 31, 2012.
Monday – Friday: 7 am to 4 pm
Saturday: 7:30 am – 2 pm
Sunday: Closed
We will also be closed on Thursday, November 24, 2011 in order to observe the Thanksgiving holiday.
Exciting News
Just last week we were upgraded to a level three kitchen…which means…we’re baking again! Look for a return of the cinnamon roll in the coming weeks. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip muffins and Double Chocolate Chip muffins are already available. We are also going to bring you an amazing Almond Orange spiced Biscotti. Delicious!
Plus, did you know… we are serving breakfast burritos all day and have a Carne Asade lunch burrito as well? They are fresh, tasty, filling and are made locally by Aritisan Kitchen.

Kenya – newest coffee of the week
Kenya is back by popular demand. Flagstaff coffee lovers, get this amazing bean and save $3/lb! It is bright and sunny and full of flavor. Available in medium roast, dark roast (which is our special hybrid, so that the full flavor of the medium roasted bean the smokiness of the dark roast can both be enjoyed), and a medium roasted Swiss Water Process decaf. Always roast dated and guaranteed fresh. On the shelf right now as whole bean, but we can always grind the beans to your preference.
Brazil just roasted!
Many of you know, Brazilian beans have been difficult to get lately. We’ve just roasted up 5 lbs and they are almost on the shelf!
