After years of experimentation and testing we have found that most spring waters do not have a good taste. Some of the most common ones are extremely bitter. We have determined that none of them are worth spending the extra money on. Fiji is the best if you don't mind spending $8 a gallon. In taste tests, ours is virtually indistinguishable from Fiji for only 4¢ to 8¢ a gallon over the price of the stripped water you use.* Don't buy pre-mineralized drinking waters as they have their own taste (most of them aren't that good) and cannot be properly improved by adding our minerals.
*Stripped water means Distilled water, Reverse-Osmosis water, or heavily filtered water.
