We've selected the highest quality green beans to ensure the best quality after roasting. A poor quality unroasted (green) coffee bean doesn't improve in quality after roasting. You must start with high quality green coffee beans to acheive high quality gourmet freshly roasted coffee beans.
Through years of research we have perfected our roast. Too many times beans are burnt or under roasted creating bitter tasting or weak tasting coffee. We will not sell a bad roast, it will be thrown out. Our coffee beans are roasted to exact specifications (we call it precision roasting) to ensure a smooth flavor every time. Count on it!!
Your gourmet coffee bean order is roast dated and shipped within two days of roasting to ensure the freshest coffee arrives at your door (not all coffees ship every day).
