Instructions for Single Cup Pour Over Brewing

Easy to Use Instructions for a 12 oz cup of coffee
- Step #1: Boil Water
Bring 14 oz. (1 3/4 cup) of filtered water to a boil.
- Step #2: Grind the Beans
Grind 21 grams (approximately 1/4 cup) of coffee at a fine (espresso) setting.
- Step #3: Into the Filter
Place coffee grounds into paper filter and place inside It's About Coffee's Gourmet Single Brew Filter Holder. Place filter holder on top of coffee mug.
- Step #4: Pour Boiling Water
Pour boiling water slowly over grounds making sure to saturate all grounds completely. (Stir as needed)
- Step #5: Remove Filter Holder
Remove filter holder before four minutes to avoid any bitter after-taste.
